B1 Configurator has a web portal called QuoteBuilder that allows non SAP users to create quotes with configured and non-configured outside of SAP Business One, whilst using the item data and pricing from SAP Business One. Users can create Quotes in Quotebuilder and these can be converted to Sales Orders in SAP
Quotebuilder allows non-SAP and external users to create, revise and edit quotes, before the quote becomes an to an order.

B1 Configurator is accessed within Quotebuilder and is used in the same way as SAP users, allowing non SAP users to create quotes with configurable options.
Product Rules
The product rules are created and maintained in CIS ModelBuilder an easy to use system, by your product expert. Their knowledge is then embedded in the configuration models.
The embedded logic allows your sales team, resellers or distributors to be product experts, to create valid quotes with accurate pricing.
